I’m really excited to share that I’m now offering in-person hypnotherapy sessions in Central London, based in W1H, near Marylebone.

For a long time, much of my work has been online or delivered through workshops and group sessions. While that has been incredibly effective, there’s something special about being able to sit with someone face-to-face, in a calm, supportive space, and help them create meaningful change.
