Hi, I’m Laura, and welcome to my website. You may have already noticed, but I talk (a lot) about fitness, mindset, changing behaviours, improving performance, fulfilling potential, and achieving goals.
I’m on a mission to understand what makes people do what they do, and how do you change it quickly when what they’re doing isn’t what they want or helping them achieve their goals. Looking at some of the quickest and most effective ways to break bad habits, change behaviours, eliminate unhelpful beliefs, change our perception, to ultimately become the person we want to be.
I share simple, rapid & effective techniques & strategies that anyone can use to truly improve their performance, achieve their goals, and reach their full potential.

A bit more about me
So who am I?
I’m a fitness coach, philosopher, speaker & writer, and hypnotherapist, who is obsessed with helping others reach their full potential. I explain how the mind works, and how we can make it work with us, rather than against us, so that we can achieve our goals & reach our potential.
Now is probably a good time to be clear on who I’m not. I’m not a life coach or here to tell anyone how to live their life.
What I’m not:
- A Life Coach – fuck we’d be in trouble if I was
- A ‘motivational’ guru – You’ll see motivation isn’t the answer
- A Guru of any kind, I’ll leave that to the experts
- An Influencer
- A Bikini Model (think that’s obvious but just in case it wasn’t)
- Selling diets, talking about being a certain body shape. I’m not here to tell anyone to look a certain way. Fitness & health is a feeling, not a look
How it started
I started teaching and coaching dance, sports and fitness from the age of 14, and although some might say I don’t look a day over 21 (I joke) it means I’ve been doing this for some time now. I later became a personal trainer and fitness instructor back in 2007. And through my journey I’ve been lucky enough to have coached 1000s of amazing women, men and children over the years in a variety of sports & fitness. Through my years of coaching, I’ve learnt that there’s one common denominator between those who achieve their fitness & sport goals and those who don’t, and that’s the ability to master their mind in order to achieve the physical. And from then I’ve been on a mission to understand how the mind works, and to share techniques and strategies that others can use to unleash their potential.
From a young age we’re taught that being a good sports person or performer (singer, dancer, actor etc) is a natural, born talent, a gift. But this isn’t true. Yes having good genetics will help you, but history, psychology, and neuroscience, shows time and time again, that it isn’t about talent, it isn’t about the physical, it’s the mental ability, the mental focus, the drive, the determination, the attitude, that makes someone successful and succeed. I’m on a mission to share this message. A class attitude is more important than A class talent, and will get your further. I help athletes develop the mindset, mental toughness, focus, drive, determination to reach their full potential.
